Tickets are transferable but not refundable. In the case of event cancellation for any reason, only the portion of ticket not already spent on producing the event will be refunded.

As participants investing in community, together we share the risk of such loses.

Harvest Festival RV TICKETS & RULES:

WITH RESPECT AND THE HEALTH & SAFETY OF YOUR HARVEST RV NEIGHBOURS:

  • Generators must not exceed noise levels greater then 60 decibels from a distance of 50 feet


ALLOWABLE GENERATOR RUN TIMES ARE:

  • Friday 12pm - 4am (off with music)
  • Saturday 12pm - 4am (off with music)
  • Sunday 12pm - 7:30pm (off with music)
  • Monday 12pm - 4pm


ADVICE: Make sure your RV is equipped with a decent capacity 12 volt battery system, propane refrigerator and stove.

This ticket is a revocable license to attend the event listed on the front of the ticket and is subject to the full terms found at HERE. Such license may be revoked without refund for noncompliance with terms.

Unlawful sale or attempted sale prohibited.

Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, lost, stolen, or counterfeit and if so, are void.

This ticket may not be resold for an amount in excess of the face value without the written consent of issuer.
