After 11 years of hard work, Ash And The Arsonists are finally starting to see the fruits of their labour and there's no way but up. 2023 was a banner year for the band. with the release of their third single "Contender" the Arsonists have elevated to a new level of recognition and opportunity, largely thanks to the flashy music video that coincided with the single's release and the promotion and airplay it recieved on Power97. Additionally, it led to a nomination for Single Of The Year at the Manitoba Loud Music Awards, which the Arsonists also played at along with Northern Royals, Book Of Ghosts and Econoline Crush.

This upward trajectory is set to continue in 2024 with an appearance at Festival Du Voyageur and the release of their new single "Bleed". The ripping new track has all the makings of a surefire radio hit that will one-up "Contender" and every other Arsonist release so far: An aggressive, earworm riff and pounding rhythm contrasted against a massive, melodic chorus, all packed into a compact 3-minute-and-23-second length that makes it accessible and unforgettable to the average rock listener. An elaborate video also accompanies the track, thanks to the distinguished video talents of videographer/photographer Trav Anema.
